2. General information
We treat personal data confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only process data required for the relevant purpose.
3. Website access and hosting
When you visit this website, technically necessary information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, time and requested page is processed to operate the website securely and reliably.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Technical access data may be processed on Vercel servers. The required safeguards are used for international data transfers.
4. Study report, forms and CRM
When you request the study report, we process the information you provide to deliver the report and manage your request. This includes first name, last name, business email address, company, job title and procurement spend, plus your primary challenge if supplied voluntarily.
A telephone number is collected only when you expressly request a personal interpretation. In that case, we use the number solely for the requested contact.
We use HubSpot for forms, contact management, segmentation and report delivery. The Insave portal is configured for data hosting in the EU. Depending on the processing, HubSpot Ireland Limited and affiliated companies may act as processors.
Technical campaign information such as report language, report version, UTM source and UTM campaign may be stored to attribute requests and measure content performance.
5. Appointment booking with HubSpot Meetings
When you book a meeting through a HubSpot Meetings link, the information you enter is processed to schedule, conduct and follow up the meeting. HubSpot's privacy terms also apply.
6. Email communication
The email containing the requested report fulfils your specific request. You will only receive additional marketing emails if you have separately opted in. You may withdraw that consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting hello@insave.ch.
7. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse website usage and content performance. Cookies or similar technologies and pseudonymous usage data may be used. We also use Vercel Analytics to measure technical performance.
Form, download and meeting events may be recorded in aggregated form. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Where consent is legally required, consent-based technologies are used on that basis.
8. Retention and disclosure
We retain personal data only for as long as required for the relevant purpose, customer relationship or statutory retention obligations. Data is only disclosed to service providers where necessary for the stated purpose or where required by law.
9. Your rights
You can contact hello@insave.ch at any time. Depending on applicable law, your rights include:
- Access to personal data held about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion or restriction of processing
- Data export or portability where applicable
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future
- A complaint to the competent data protection authority
